The Sarasota Seminoles Youth Football Strength & Conditioning Workouts are designed to build speed, power, and endurance while developing fundamental athletic skills. The program focuses on key areas essential for young athletes, including:
- Combined Warm-up: Dynamic & Active warm-ups, and agility drills to activate muscles and prevent injuries.
- Speed & Agility Training: Cone drills, ladder footwork, and shuttle runs to improve quickness and change of direction.
- Strength Development: Bodyweight exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges, and core workouts to enhance functional strength.
- Explosive Power: Resistance bands, medicine ball throws, and plyometric drills to build explosiveness for game-time performance.
- Conditioning & Endurance: Sprint intervals, hill runs, beach runs, and circuit training to improve stamina and resilience.
- Cool Down & Flexibility: Static stretching and mobility exercises to aid recovery and flexibility.
This structured program helps young Seminoles build the strength, speed, and toughness needed to compete at a high level while promoting discipline, teamwork, and confidence.
